PRESIDENT | CEO

Kaitlyn Perez is a former law enforcement spokeswoman ​best known for communicating during critical incidents. ​Through each response, Kaitlyn offered clarity and ​precision, establishing trust and transparency when ​stakeholders needed it most. In her more than 15 years ​of professional communications experience, Kaitlyn ​discovered her niche advising leaders when the stakes ​are high. She takes a comprehensive approach while ​partnering with clients by learning the ins and outs of the ​business, developing relationships, identifying ​vulnerabilities, and ensuring leaders feel confident and ​resilient—no matter the situation they may be facing. ​Kaitlyn has worked in county government, private ​philanthropy, and for a non-profit research organization ​that determines and delivers police best practices ​nationwide. She is deeply connected to the Sarasota ​County community, and is the proud mom of two wild ​toddler boys.
